TubeIQ leads the Damage Control project, bringing advanced AI technologies—computer vision, NLP, and OCR—into real-world workflows to make inspections faster, more transparent, and consistent, delivering measurable value to rental and fleet operators.

TubeIQ is the lead partner in the European Damage Control project, developed under the FFplus initiative, which introduces Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the process of vehicle damage assessment for the rental and fleet management industry.

Our role goes beyond project coordination – TubeIQ works closely with DunavNET to bridge the gap between business processes and AI services. By ensuring that AI outputs are seamlessly aligned with industry workflows, we transform raw technical capabilities into practical, user-oriented solutions.

Our Role in the Project

  • Process–AI Integration – TubeIQ collaborates with DunavNET to translate AI services (computer vision, NLP, OCR) into structured workflows that create clear value for users.
  • Project Leadership – we manage the consortium and ensure the timely, successful delivery of all project milestones.
  • Business Logic & Standardization – TubeIQ defines how damage assessments are described, categorized, and reported in a way that is consistent and usable for rental operators.
  • Industry Validation – in cooperation with AAA-1 RENT, we test and refine the solution under real-world conditions, ensuring its relevance and adoption.
  • Visibility & Dissemination – we lead communication efforts, spreading awareness and showcasing the project’s outcomes to industry stakeholders across Europe.
